Capitol or Capital view?

Blind. I can see what needs to be.

My family, their needs. I gather money. It’s not greed.

Higher and higher we must fly. You know I will never die.

There are those around us who fail.

There’s nothing I can do for them; I won’t post bail.

Why should my shoulders be burdened with their care?

Look around discrimination, and distrust is everywhere.

What is that you say? I don’t need to care for them; they will be okay.

Gone forever is the past. There is nothing to learn there. Don’t take me to task.

The future is certain for me and mine.

Don’t accuse me, or fuss and fight, or I just might.

Now’s the time to feel good. I’m alright Jack; that’s simply understood.
